Many people are drawn to dieting out of a desire for weight loss and improving their physical appearance. However, eating for health is not simply about looking thinner. Unhealthy eating, together with other bad lifestyle habits, is estimated to cause 80% of all cases of heart disease and 90% of type 2 diabetes.
